Senior Finance Director, Reinsurance
Samantha (Sam) is Senior Finance Director at Athora Ireland and is responsible for all areas of finance, from IFRS and Solvency II reporting (both internally and externally) to managing year end audits, the annual budget process and expense management.
Sam joined the business (then Aegon Ireland) in 2006 and has held senior finance roles since 2018, alongside supporting its operations. She has over two decades of experience across all areas of finance including expense management, budgeting processes, IFRS and regulatory reporting in Ireland and Bermuda.
Sam is a qualified accountant since 2005 and is a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant.
