Managing Director, Group Risk & Compliance
Chantal Waight is Managing Director, Group Risk & Compliance, with responsibility for people, processes and systems across the Athora Group Risk & Compliance function.
Chantal has 25 years of insurance and investment management experience. Prior to joining Athora in 2023, Chantal spent 15 years at M&G and Prudential plc where she held senior roles across equity research, investor relations and strategy & corporate development. Earlier in her career Chantal was an insurance equity analyst at Deutsche Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
Chantal holds a Philosophy, Politics and Economics degree from Oxford University.
